Offer two kinds of Communities of Practice for sales people to join, participate in, and help lead:

  1. One focused on the role of sales professionals — their needs, challenges, and opportunities. This is primarily for those in the sales role.
  2. One or more focused on the specialties of the sales people, including products, services, technologies, processes, industries, and clients. These are for everyone in the organization, including marketing, engineering, manufacturing, services, customer support, and operational functions.

Use communities to share tips and techniques, ask and answer questions, learn and develop, solve problems, and innovate together.
