Knowledge management is the art of transforming information and intellectual assets into enduring value for an organization’s clients and its people.

Innovation management is an organization’s process for innovating, from ideation to implementation.

Organizational learning is the process of creating, retaining, and transferring knowledge within an organization.

Innovating and Learning are two of the five core activities of knowledge management: Sharing, Innovating, Reusing, Collaborating, and Learning.
