The major investment companies (e.g., Fidelity, TIAA, and Vanguard) all offer articles, videos, tools, and personal advice. There are three ways to get information about managing your finances in retirement:
- Read articles, access online learning, attend free webinars, view videos, and use tools provided on websites.
- Get free assistance by calling up or meeting in person. Basic advice is available to all current and potential customers of companies like the ones listed above. More in-depth advice is available for customers with larger portfolios.
- Pay for personal advice and asset management. This is useful for those who need more help. In particular, Vanguard offers low-cost services.
Here are examples of what is available from the three companies listed above.
- Retirement Information
- Online Learning
- Webinars and Videos
- Advisory Services
