  1. Communicate frequently, openly, honestly, and clearly.
  2. Ask others to do things that they can do well, can learn from, and that will contribute to the success of the organization.
  3. Lead by example, practice what you preach, and model desired behaviors.
  4. Acknowledge, thank, recognize, and reward others for desired behaviors.
  5. Serve and support others to help them succeed.
